   The Indo Islamic Cultural Foundation (IICF) Donation Appis a secure, easy-to-use platform where individuals can contribute towards Masjid construction, Hospital, Educational Institutions, Library, Community Kitchen, Archive and museums and other welfare initiatives. The app provides a transparent and trustworthy systemfor managing donations, tracking progress, and keeping donors updated.

4. Who manages the donations?
   All donations are managed by special finance committee formed by Indo Islamic Cultural Foundation (IICF) along with expert financial auditors C.A, C.S,under the supervision of trustees, scholars, and project committees.The foundation maintains strict financial audits and reporting standards to ensure your contribution reaches the right place.

5. How can I make a donation?
   You can donate directly through the app using:

• ✅Net Banking
• ✅Debit & Credit Cards
• ✅Wallets

6. Can I make small donations or do I need to give a large amount?
   Every rupee counts🤲. You can donate any amountyou wish. The app is designed to support both micro-donations(₹100, ₹500, ₹1000) and major contributions (₹50,000, ₹1 Lakh, or more).
7. Can I set up recurring donations?
   Yes. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring donationsfor causes like:

For your late beloved family members

• Student education support
• Masjid maintenance

• Community welfare
• Distribution of food packets

8. Will I receive a donation receipt?
   Yes. You’ll instantly receive a digital receiptthrough the app and email. If you wish to avail the rebate under 80G. You may contact at the address given.

9. How do I know where my money is going?
   Transparency is at the heart of IICF. Through the app, you can:

• 🏗️See construction & project updates (photos, videos, reports).
• 📅Receive monthly or quarterly financial stataments.

10. Can I see updates of the project I donated to?
    Yes. Each project page shows:

• Milestone updates
• Gallery of pictures/videos
• Donor acknowledgments (if opted in)

⚙️ Technical & Support

11. What happens if my payment fails?

• If the money is deducted but not updated, it usually auto-refunds within 3–5 working days.
• If not, you can contact supportvia the in-app helpdesk or helpline number

12. Is my personal information secure?
    Yes ✅. All donor information is end to end encrypted and not shared with any third party. We follow data protection & privacy policiesto ensure safety.
13. Can I donate on behalf of someone else?
    Yes. You can dedicate your donation to parents, relatives, or deceased loved ones, and their names can be mentioned in the project contribution (optional).

📜 Legal & Tax Benefits

14. Are my donations eligible for tax exemption?
    Yes. Donations to IICF are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act 1961.If you wish to avail the rebate under 80G. You may contact at the address given.
15. Can companies donate through the app (CSR purposes)?
    Yes. Corporate donations are welcome. Companies can support CSR-compliant projects(like hospitals, education, and welfare). A CSR compliance reportwill be issued.
